Hi Anthropic team! I'm Paul, the cofounder of Clutch, a hardware and software company for analyzing racquet sports. I worked with John in a prior job and was just telling him some of the amazing things that Opus 4.6 has created for me, and thought I'd express my appreciation by showing you guys with this webpage (don't mind the URL, just a spare one I had lying around).

Our core product is a camera that we've developed to analyze and auto-cut highlights in realtime for badminton and padel. Since introducing Claude to our team, we've been able to use Claude as a CRM, a lead generator, a content generator, a 3D animator, and for what it does best: software engineering.

Claude as a CRM / Lead Generator

Instead of using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other common CRMs, our sales team decided to create a CRM specifically for our needs. The CRM tracks our current customers, decides when to push for more sales, tracks the stage of their camera installation, and additionally uses Claude to build a directory of all clubs that we haven't been in contact with for outbound.

The sales team now makes PRs to GitHub, which just needs to be reviewed by the engineering team!

Claude as a Content Generator

Our core business is sports analytics, and one byproduct of that is all the viral highlights that our cameras have generated, such as this reel with over 10M+ views on TikTok. Our head of growth recently had the great idea of having Claude vet the content! At imnotdoingthisagain.com (again, don't mind the link), you'll see a Claude-curated list of our recent content, autogenerated from a subset of our cameras.

The captions are auto-generated as well, and the highlights are refreshed every 2 hours! We use these internally to decide what to post to our social media (by the way, give @theclutchapp a follow and YouTube a subscribe if you haven't! We desperately need subscribers).

Claude as a 3D Animator

Recently, we've been redesigning our website (clutchapp.io) to better expand our growth. Claude has been absolutely essential, not just in designing, but in generating assets. Claude was able to take the designs of our camera, and (with mild prompting), generate assets like the one you see below. Hopefully this will help with sales!

Claude as a Software Engineer

Of course, Claude does its best work within software engineering. Claude has helped us with so many projects that I actually have trouble remembering any project which Claude hasn't touched. I'll just leave you with an artifact from the most recent project that Claude did: a real-time overlay of our AI models for a game of padel!

And to cap it off, this entire website was made by Claude as well, in under an hour. Thanks for the great product!
